The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Kharupetia College has been constituted under the guidelines of National Assurance and Accreditation Council to realize the institutional goals: “Quality Enhancement and Quality Assurance”. The prime objective of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution. The IQAC works through various Cells and Committee.

The IQAC being an integral part of the college works towards realizing the goals of quality enhancement by developing a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in different aspects of functioning of the college. The work of the IQAC is the first step towards internalization and institutionalization of quality enhancement initiatives. Its success depends upon the sense of belongingness and participation in all the constituents of the institution. The IQAC assures the stakeholders i.e. students, parents, teachers, staff, management, funding agencies and society in general, of the accountability and transparency in the quality management system of the institution and its concern for ensuring quality of education being imparted.
